Tearsa Edwards receives the 2017 Team Award

The team award is presented once a year, to one individual, who goes above and beyond to make Black Diamond a better team.

Tearsa is the Equine Team coordinator.

She worked tirelessly for two years to get the equine team trained, tested and credentialed to become a state equine team resource. During this time she also spent countless hours training as a ground team member and responding to missions in Virginia and out of state. Tearsa exemplifies the qualities we look for in members of Black Diamond.
